How to Book

1. All Enquiries/Check Availability/Suitability

Call our booking office/agent Julie Slaughter of Alpzone Ltd on 0208 133 8240 to chat through your interest/requirements, availability or email us direct and we shall return You can email us with any enquiries.

2. Book or Reserve a place - 020 8133 8240 or 07770 382 456

When you have decided on the most suitable course, call our Booking Agent - Julie Slaughter of AlpZone Ltd, for availability, reserve a place or make a booking. They are able to take bookings over the phone via credit card or you can send cheques or pay via BACS. A booking form can be downloaded from this website for the COURSE PART of your booking, this can also be completed and posted to us or our Agent- AlpZone Ltd. Please note that all packages booked are made with the Tour Operator or CHalet Operator that this booking is made through. They may also ask you to complete a booking form. AlpZone Ltd operates a Travel Trust Account to offer our clients complete financial protection when booking a package holiday through our agents. Full details can be read at www.traveltrust.co.uk

3. Complete the Booking Form

Package plus course £150-£200 deposit (plus insurance if required). Course Only full payment required of £260 (plus insurance if required). If booking within 10 weeks of departure. Full payment for both package and course plus insurance if required.

On sending a payment, you are entering into a contract as described in the booking conditions. Please note: Your package contract is with the Tour Operator or Chalet Operator that you are traveling with.

4. Booking Conditions

Please read through and check all the details in our brochure/website and if necessary the brochure/website for the tour operator your package is booked with for all booking conditions. If you require these to be sent to you please advise.

5. Confirmation of your booking

You will receive a confirmation invoice via email or post from our Booking Agent (AlpZone Ltd) with all the details of your booking. Please check them carefully and call our Booking Agent if there are any discrepancies on the confirmation booking and what you have booked.

6. Final Payment

Final payments for all packages and courses are due 10 weeks prior to departure.

7. Tickets for Travel (Flights, Ferries, etc.) and Course Information Documents

These will all be forwarded to you prior to your departure.
